What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
If I arrive late in the evening, will there be someone at the hotel to welcome me?
Of course. Our reception is open 24-hours a day: from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. with administrative staff and during the remaining hours with a night porter. If you expect to arrive after 9:30 p.m., we kindly ask you to notify us so that we can be ready to welcome you.
Can I arrive at the hotel before 2:00 p.m. and already access the beach?
Yes. Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m., but you can still arrive earlier, leave your luggage at the hotel and access the beach facilities.
For your convenience, we suggest you prepare a separate bag with towels and swimwear.
How far is the private beach from the hotel?
The hotel is located on the seafront with direct access to its own private beach.
Can I book a beach umbrella in the front row?
Yes, with an extra €10 per day.
For the second row, an extra €5 per day is required.
Can I use the beach on the day of departure?
You can arrange with the lifeguards on a special price of €10.00.
Do you provide beach towels?
No, we do not provide beach towels.
Is full board available?
No, our package is HALF BOARD WITH DINNER.
Is it possible to replace the evening meal with a picnic lunch?
No, the picnic service is an extra service that incurs an additional charge.
Will unused dinners be deducted?
Unused meals will not be refunded.
Is it possible to have breakfast for people with food intolerances, vegetarians or vegans?
Of course. We just ask that you inform management when booking and checking in.
Do you allow pets?
We only allow small/medium-sized dogs at a daily cost of €12.00.
Can I bring my pet to the beach?
Yes, we have special beach umbrellas (near the lifeguard station), which must be booked upon confirming your room (subject to availability). Please note that dogs are not allowed to walk on the beach or swim, even when the beach service is closed.
Can I bring my dog into the dining room?
No, due to hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the dining room or in the garden during mealtimes.
What happens in case of late arrival or early departure?
In such cases, the full amount of the stay will still be charged.
Can I have lunch at the hotel?
Our Picnic service will be available for lunch (service subject to a fee). You can enjoy your meal under your beach umbrella, in the gazebo area by the sea, in our garden, or in your room if you have a terrace.
